Benefits: Single Accommodation (or 400,000KRW housing allowance), Airfare ((one-way, either to Korea (reimbursed) or out of Korea (paid)), 10-days Paid Vacation (five days in summer, five days in winter, & one day extra per our calendar) + National Holidays, Health Insurance, and Pension.
