Public School English Teacher in Shenzhen, China Start Feb 11th, 2025- Great pay/Benefits

This public school program in Shenzhen was established in 2004; the business covers education development, teacher training, international exchanges, international talent introduction, human resources, and other fields. Municipal education bureaus contract with us to provide services to schools in the public sector. Each candidate is assigned a professional recruiter and a visa handler. We provide bilingual caseworkers to help our candidates settle in China as they arrive. Not only do we hope the candidate can develop our students’ English-speaking level, but we also hope the candidate can enhance their teaching skills and experience according to the government English teaching program.


Job Description:
• Program: government project, Public School English in Shenzhen
• Location: Nanshan District, convenient public transportation
• Contract Length: Starting 11st February, 2025;
• Schedule: Monday to Friday during the daytime, with weekends off.
• Teaching Hours: no more than 20 hours of teaching a week. Work hours will be no more than 40 hours a week (time at the school)
• Students: Grade 1 - 6 elementary
• Classroom fully equipped with computer, projector, whiteboard, and microphone
• Curriculum and teaching materials provided
• Number of headcounts: 10 (fills in quickly, apply soon)

Package:
• Gross Salary Monthly: ¥14,000 Base (before tax) +¥3,000 housing allowance per month
• Flight allowance up to ¥ 5,000
• Legal work permit and visa support
Holidays:
• Around two months paid summer holidays (half base salary + full housing allowance), half paid winter holidays under the condition of renewed contract for the next year
• Paid Chinese public holidays for a total of around one month

Requirements:
• Native English Speaker from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand;
• Degree: BA or Above
• TEFL, TESOL or CELTA
• Eligible for work permit application as an English teacher
