Benefits
Single-furnished housing or a housing stipend, teacher's choice. Flight home or reimbursement up to 1 million KRW on successful completion of the contract (except for teachers already in Korea). 11 paid vacation days a year plus national holidays set by the school. Severance bonus on completion of the 1-year contract. 50% medical insurance. Monthly National Pension contribution. Morning kindergarten plus afternoon kindergarten or elementary, depending on teacher schedules.
